Returns & Exchanges
At Nishat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nishat account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
